WEDDING TIME

Scheduled many many months ago, this wedding order was going to be quite of a big size. Of course I knew that December was a busy baking month with all Christmas sweets and of course I knew it was going to be tough. And it was.

Katka as a proper Czech patriot chose to have 180 Little wedding Kolaches with cream cheese inside as a gift to guests and a large three-tier Medovnik cake with two hearts on top for their wedding cake.

Medovnik cake has so much deliciousness inside, why wouldn't you share it with your family and friends on such an important day in your life?

So since we first spoke, a lot happened, we had to up-size the cake as more guests were invited and change little wedding Kolaches to 180 Linzer cookies as the bonbonniere boxes came to small.

Whatever obstacle comes in your way, just deal with it.

Not to mention that weather forecast for Friday said nothing but rain, it all were just drops of love and happiness.
