CHRISTMAS WORKOUT

You know how sometimes you have your car full of shopping bags, but you rather hang all of them all over your body and go home once then make two trips? Last night I decided to make three batches (from nearly two kilograms of flour) of Linzer cookie dough at once so I didn't have to do it three times.

Very soon I regretted my decision.. When you every think to do the same with only your hands, stop thinking. Get a mixer to do the work.
