WHITE CHOCOLATE ADDICTION
Happy beautiful Monday everyone!
Hope you had a lovely weekend and you got to relax and get ready for another working week.
An order came through for a 40th birthday celebration and needed to be a bit more down-to-earth. Adrian loves white chocolate, so white chocolate mud cake was the right choice for his birthday cake. To balance the sweetness we agreed on cream cheese icing and mixed berries. That all was hidden inside, sprinkled with edible silver powder and decorated with grey flags.
Kids got to enjoy the same flavour combination, only in a bit more colourful form :)
The savoury dips were complimented by Rye Sourdough loaf of bread with marjoran herb and caraway seeds and Gluten-free Sourdough bread made from rice flour, millet, buckwheat, quinoa, lentil and chickpea flour with linseed, chia seeds, sesame and sunflower seeds.
Jam drop cookies as a present from Baking Factory and the party could have started!
