CZECH SOURDOUGH RYE BREAD WITH CARAWAY SEEDS

This is how much I love my customers. I even slice the bread if they want! But this is a special Sourdough..

It is 'Cesky kminovy chleb' that I bake mainly for Czech or Slovak customers - a traditional Czech Sourdough loaf of bread with caraway seeds.

Caraway seeds have a very special smell, in their raw form and as well when they are used when cooking or baking. If you don't live around what you grew up with anymore and then you come across to these flavors, spices, herbs, ingredients or products, they remind you so much of your home!
