NUT AND EGG FREE CHOCOLATE CAKE

I have been contacted lately with the request to make a cake that would suit different food requirements. Either egg free, nut free, gluten free, dairy free or combination of these. Anything is possible and every recipe can be converted to something more suitable!

Having a child in a childcare means being conscious about health of other kids and their food allergies. This chocolate cake was made to be egg free and nut free as some kids at the childcare have allergies. And the caramel icing that I put inside the cake is harmless, just pure delicious caramel buttercream icing!

And I learnt one new thing while creating this cake - had no idea what Hey Duggee is!!!! Isn't he cute, that little brown monster?
