LONG BAKING WEEKEND

Happy Tuesday everyone!

Hope you had an amazing long weekend!

There was a lot of baking included in mine, a lot of beautiful Czech bread rolls 'ROHLIKY' as well as SOURDOUGH BREAD , MEDOVNIK CAKE or BIRTHDAY CAKES.

I remember when we were kids, my mum used to send us to a local shop to buy rohliky and a couple of them always tend to 'disappear' on the way home. Soon she realized she should start putting some extra ones on the shopping list just in case this keeps happening!

And bread. I love the smell when bread is baked, it is so inviting and nice and you just feel like you are at home.

SPELT SOURDOUGH BREAD WITH FLAXSEED

GLUTEN-FREE SOURDOUGH BREAD (made with rice flour, quinoa flour, lentil flour, chickpea flour, buckwheat and millet flour)

RYE BREAD WITH LINSEED AND SESAME SEEDS
