WEEKEND NOT BEING LONG ENOUGH

Good morning everyone!

You know how sometimes you just stop for a while and realize it is Friday already and start thinking where the week has gone? And then it is Saturday and Sunday and it is suddenly Sunday night already and another week starts again? I get up baking at 4am both Saturday and Sunday, so my days are fairly long, but still.. Time flies and life is too short, so do what you love doing and live your life how you want to live it.

A lot of rohliky bread rolls were baked on the weekend. Everyone truly loves them as you can have them with whatever you like. Sweet or savoury spreads, ham, cheese, salami, soup, you name it and it will go well with it. The first one is a special one with Vegemite and sesame seeds.

Spelt Sourdough bread with flaxseed

Gluten free Sourdough bread made with gluten-free Sourdough starter, rice flour, millet, buckwheat flour, chickpea, lentil and quinoa flour. For Zuzana, had to have a Z on top.

Sweet Poppy seed roll and Apple strudels
