SOURDOUGH BREAD, BAGUETTES & CZECH PASTRIES

Hope you had an amazing and sunny weekend!
It was busy at Baking Factory on the weekend, as always! Sourdough bread, rohliky, medovnik cake, kolache and a lot of other products were flying out like if our tiny apartment and one oven really were a factory. Whenever I bake rohliky, my dear husband gives me his 'wanting and hoping for sth' look. He absolutely loves rohliky. With Vegemite, peanut butter, jam, cheese or plain to go with soup. This time and for his golf session I baked rohliky as baguettes filled with Vegemite and cheese.
