MAGICAL WEEKEND

Happy Monday everyone!

Hope you had a beautiful weekend. We spent a night in the amazing Hunter Valley and came back on a Sunday morning as I had a huge order scheduled. What is a better way to introduce yourself at your new job than bringing something traditional from your home country?

These seventy pastries Kolache with poppy seeds and almond flakes, strawberry jam, cream cheese Quark and raisins and walnut filling were baked for one of my customers to take to work on Monday. It took hours but they were all beautiful.

And as a present - Medovnik cake balls and cocoa Medovnik balls

Rohliky were baked too on s Sunday afternoon. Then some sesame rohliky buns and rohliky buns filled with Vegemite and cheese.
