RAW AND GLUTEN-FREE LIFE

I always make sure I make my customers happy and satisfied with cakes, sweets and Sourdough bread as per customers needs and allergies. Some of them are gluten-intolerant, some can not have eggs, some all dairy and some can not have sugar at any form - no sugar, no brown sugar, no honey, no rice malt syrup. God damn it, right?

So I transformed my RAW APPLE WALNUT slice and made it not only gluten & dairy free as usually, but this time all sugar free, not even honey or rice malt syrup. The apples, dates and raisins in this slice had all the sweetness.

GLUTEN-FREE SOURGOUGH BREAD with pumpkin seeds; made with gluten-free Sourdough started, rice flour, quinoa flour, millet, buckwheat, arrowroot, chickpea and lentil flour.
