WEEKEND BAKES

Happy Tuesday everyone!

I have been so busy over the last few days that I have not had time to update my weekend baking adventures on Monday as I usually do. So here few go - there was a lot of flour used, some sugar, chocolate and that kind of stuff. You know.

I have baked a few wonderful loaves of Sourdough bread. Here are some of them.

Sourdough bread packed inside out with sunflower seeds, chia seeds and sesame seeds.

Gluten-free Sourdough bread made with gluten-free Sourdough starter and combination of flours (rice flour, millet, buckwheat, quinoa, lentil and chickpeas flour).

And a lot of Medovnik cakes. This is a true heaven in your mouth, if you have not tried yet, please contact me to order. Can't miss on this one!
