Happy Monday my dears!

I wanted to have the past weekend a bit more quiet and there were a lot of orders come through, which was amazing and because I never say no if I have the chance to bake, it ended up being a pretty busy baking weekend.

These first two photos were a pre-tasting for a wedding that won't happen until December this year. I guess it is always good to know what to expect and as well and more importantly - there is never a bad time to order these little Kolache with cream cheese Quark filling and bigger Kolache with powidl jam and cream cheese! YUM

Another European Kolache

MEDOVNIK cake - people seem to love to eat them in winter. It is just so delicious and nicely filling, when it is cold outside and you are enjoying a slice of this heaven with a cup of tea or coffee. DOUBLE YUM!

And this gluten-free Sourdough bread with chia and sesame seeds made from gluten-free Sourdough starter, rice flour, millet, buckwheat, quinoa, chickpeas, lentil and tapioca flour. This treasure and Spelt Sourdough bread are my always Sourdough breads to be baked for my two lovely customers. Just usual Sunday Sourdough loaves

And bread rolls 'Rohliky'. Czech and Slovak people (but Australians too!) enjoy them with sweet or savoury spreads, butter, Nutella, peanut butter, vegemite, you name it and it will be amazing! Or with some winter pleasing soup! God this stuff is good...
