WEEKEND BAKING FUN!

Happy Monday all lovely people!

I sometimes ask a question - how much can a human body sustain? If I look back at what and how much I baked and made over the weekend and with this score mentioned below, I have asked that questions myself!

3x Sourdough loaves 1x gluten-free Sourdough loaf 20x little wedding kolace with powidl jam 70x big sweet pastries Kolache with poppy seeds, Quark and powidl jam 3x birthday Medovnik cakes 10x Medovnik cupcakes 1x Raw berry cheesecake raw slices

I loved every single second of it and I wished baking was my full-time job!

I would say these 10x10cm MEDOVNIK CAKES ($15) go out nearly on a daily basis!

I can not believed I managed to take a photo of just four Kolache out of the amount of 70 Kolache that I made on the weekend. Sweet European pastries KOLACHE with Quark, poppy seeds and powidl jam filling (10 for $16)

SOURDOUGH BREAD LOAF WITH SESAME SEEDS (1kg $9)

GLUTEN-FREE SOURDOUGH BREAD LOAF (rice, quinoa, tapioca, millet, buckwheat, chickpea and lentil flour) $14 and 'ROHLIKY' bread rolls (10 for $9)
