It makes me happy that people love my Sourdough and come back every week for a new and fresh loaf. No yeast included, just pure natural Sourdough starter that is taken care of every day with love.

This below was a Gluten-free Sourdough loaf for Zuzana. Made with gluten-free Sourdough starter Sammy, rice flour, tapioca flour, quinoa flour, lentil, buckwheat, millet and chickpea flour. With sesame and chia seeds on top.

And another Sourdough - Rye Sourdough with caraway seeds.

And of course rohliky - there is not a weekend without Czech bread rolls.
