RAINY WEEKEND BAKES

Hello everyone,

Hope you are all good and you stayed safe over the weekend!

There was not much to do as the rain did not stop at all and it was actually quite nice to have the oven on all the baking and warm up our apartment. Some good stuff came out of Baking Factory, both sweet bread and Sourdough bread as well as healthy RAW slices (all gluten-free, sugar-free and dairy-free).

The naughty medovnik - Czech honey-walnut cake with caramelizes condensed milk and butter icing, topped and covered with cake and walnut crumbs. This is the best dessert to have with a cup of coffee or tea.

Cocoa coconut seed Goji bars - with cranberries, cocoa powder, coconut, Goji berries, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, linseed, sesame seeds.

And this was my husband's request to be a part of his Sunday brekki plan - bacon, egg and cheese burger buns. He requested BRIOCHE BUNS. So here we go, with sesame seeds, caraway seeds and garlic salt.
