GLUTEN-FREE SOURDOUGH LOAF

Happy Monday everyone!
Who has been around for while knows that I love baking Sourdough. There are many many benefits of eating Sourdough, please visit my Sourdough section here on the website or simply use Google to find out more.
Gluten-free Sourdough loaves have started to come into people's attention more and more which is a great sign. I use completely gluten-free Sourdough starter Sammy which I feed with gluten-free flours (usually rice flour) and water. Sammy does miracles, let me tell you.
Then Sammy is mixed with a combination of gluten-free flours (tapioca flour, millet flour, white rice flour, brown rice flour, buckwheat flour, quinoa flour and chickpea flour). This and Sammy, flaxseed, psyllium husk, salt and water create beautiful loaves! Just like this one below topped with chia seeds and sesame seeds.

Price for a 1kg loaf like this one is a bit higher because of the expensive flours used.
But trust me, $14 are well spent.
