WELCOME 2016

Happy New Year everyone!

We got back from holidays and first thing I did was I took out my Sourdough starters from the fridge and fed them with flour and water. My husband looked at me, his arms full with bags and suitcases and he shook his head and said: 'Straight into it, right?' Well, they had been sitting in the frigde for nearly two weeks!! My poor starters, nobody fed them in the meantime. Anyway, hope you all had a wonderful break!

Healthy almond strawberry coconut cake was baked in stunning Noosa as a thank you for out beautiful host.

And Honey oat sandwich bread as work lunches have started again!
