MICKEY MOUSE BIRTHDAY CAKE

Not the best timing for a birthday cake order during this crazy Christmas sweets baking, I thought. But how nice it was to escape from every day rolling out dough, cooking and decorating cookies. For Dominic, who is turning 1 tomorrow, I decided to make a chocolate cake with rainbow cream cheese icing. And Mickey Mouse face on top for sure. Hope he has a great day tomorrow and al the guests enjoy the cake.
