THERE. ARE. CHRISTMAS. COOKIES. EVERYWHERE.
The next place I will live must have a huge kitchen. Dishwasher. And a massive storage, fridge and freezer. When I receive a couple of orders every week for desserts or bread, I can manage with my full time job and the space in our kitchen. But these Christmas orders for sweets that are still coming through and being accepted, are just getting out of control. I actually had to stop baking because I don't have any more space left in the fridge, freezer or cupboards. So a big task for my beloved one with finding our new home (not mentioning it needs to have a bath tub and at least a balcony. he knows. good luck.).
These little cookies are so much time-consuming one would never say. When I bake a cake, you get your ingredients together and bake/decorate. Easy done. These little Christmas cookies take ages. It is a long process before they are finally done. But look at them in the photos below, I simply can't say no.

Linzer cookies, Bee nests, Gingerbread cookies and Condensed milk-coconut balls.

Vanilla crescents

Special Czech ingredients for Bee nests (a chocolate and biscuit cookie dough and buttercream with a secret ingredient (Rum ooops!)).

And a custom-made Gingerbread house for Pavla & Sian.
And the game is back on tomorrow!!
Have a great Sunday evening.
