SPELT SOURDOUGH WITH FLAXSEED

It happens every Sunday night...

It is like a ritual, a lovely tradition...

Sourdough Spelt bread for Marlene. This time with flaxseed, which is ground linseed, that I put inside the dough and on top as well.

And it all starts with this, amazing how this weird looking mixture can create a beautiful loaf of bread! I am amazed every single time I take bread out of the oven!
