SOURDOUGH BREAD & SWEET BREAD

Whenever I feed my sourdough starters George II and Philomena (got this one as a swap for George II from a lovely lady Judy from Perth) or I mix a bread dough, I always ask myself - how many loaves have I already baked so far? Can't even guess, but it would be interesting to know.

Marlene and her husband Didi are one of my regular customers. Baking their Spelt sourdough bread with black sesame seeds has become a regular Sunday night tradition. It is lovely and funny as she always sends me a new order during the week. I always expects the message and know this is already on my baking schedule, but it is nice to see it every week again and again: 'Jana, we would like to order another loaf.'

So here it is :)

Marlene also wanted some Spelt sourdough crackers and gave me a choice between rosemary sea salt or poppy seeds flavour. I am not great with choices, so she got both!

And one of the other regulars is Gillian. She loves sourdough, but sweets as well!
