SOURDOUGH BAKING

I have not been at Paddington markets for two weeks as I have had a lot of other orders!!

Below are some photos of Sourdough loaves that I have recently baked for my lovely customers..

The smell of freshly baked bread just come out of the oven is just unbelievable!

Sourdough bread with caraway seeds & Sourdough bread with white sesame seeds

Rye sourdough bread with caraway seeds & Spelt sourdough with black sesame seeds

Spelt sourdough bread with black sesame seeds & Sourdough crackers with rosemary and garlic salt
