VEGAN GLORY
Happy Monday everyone!
My baking weekend was on a vegan note.
Some people are restricted to eat in a different way, but these days, everything yummy can be made healthier and still work great!
I made Chocolate coconut macaroons, Banana oatmeal muffins and Vegan cinnamon rolls.
Just in case you would like to bake something including eggs for someone who can not have them, there is a little tip for you here. As eggs work as binders in cake and cookie batters, you can use flaxseed (ground linseed) mixed with water: 1 tablespoon flaxseed + 3 tablespoon water. WORKS GREAT AND YOU CAN STILL MAKE AND EAT WHAT YOU LOVE EVEN WITHOUT USING EGGS. If you like to order anything healthy or need an advice, please contact me.
