WEDDING KOLACKY
One lovely Czech girl is getting married here in Sydney and would like to have some Czech traditional sweets, that we serve at weddings in Czech. So I baked them for her this weekend to taste.
These cutties and filled with poppy seeds mixture, cream cheese or powidl jam. They are usually topped with crumble.
For Martina's wedding in May though, those 150 little kolacky will be covered only in icing sugar! Can't wait to bake them all!!
