EASTER LONG WEEKEND

Good morning everyone,

Hope you all had a lovely long weekend and you enjoyed Easter with your family and friends.

There was a lot of baking at Baking Factory and a lot of fun too!

There were a lot of Easter cookies baked on this weekend and all kids enjoyed them!

This is how much Jade loved them!!!!

Gluten-free blueberry crumb cake ('bezlepkovy boruvkovy kolac s drobenkou)

And a traditional 'mazanec' (Czech sweet bread with raisins and almonds) just had to be present too!

And more sweets - sticky maply syrup roll with oats and apple-walnut pockets.

AND NOW THE SAVOURY STUFF :)

Traditional Czech bread rolls 'rohliky', Easter bunny bread, gluten-free pizza and gluten-free bread rolls.

Bread rolls and Czech sourdough bread wth caraway seeds.

Ham and tomato relish baguette and snail with sesame seeds and linseed.

And shiny burger buns for dinner last night!
