Happy Monday everyone!

Just wanted to share some photos from my weekend baking.. I had a lot of fun baking some bread, bread rolls and also some sweets!

This sourdough rye bread was rising all night - actually got some extra hours for that as I slept in and didn't hear my alarm!!

I also weighed the loaf and all my breads are around 1kg - and can be baked for half of theit price if just for two people (from half batch).

Sweet strawberry jam doughnuts and chocolate mud cake with chocolate ganache found their home too!

This lovely big roulade was filled with yummy walnut mixture. You can get walnut roulade for only $14 (900g) and can be filled with walnut or poppy seed mixture.

And this morning fun with sweet buns filled with strawberry jam and powidl jam. Ceske (Honzovy) kynute buchty s povidly a marmeladou! YuM!
