WEEKEND BAKING (21-22 Feb)

To be honest, when my alarm goes off at 4am and I have to start baking for your morning bread to be ready, it is not always a good feeling. But once the smell of bread and bread rolls being baked starts coming out of the oven, it is all just so worth it!!

This lovely white sourdough bread was available all day at Cafe n Biscuits at 375a Old South Head Road, North Bondi.

This huge one was a special order from Lucia from Slovakia - potato bread!

And some bread rolls with a cheese bread roll present :)

I had a lot of fun baking on the weekend, thank you for your orders and for your lovely feedback!

I am baking again tomorrow morning, so if you feel like fresh bread or bread rolls, please let me know!
