VALENTINE'S DAY CAKES
I just wanted to say a big thank you to all those who ordered a Valentine's Day treat from Baking Factory! I had a few really busy evenings after work and I totally loved it!
The biggest hit this year was medovnik (how surprising!!!), which was made in a cheaper way ($7) and in the shape of a heart. Layers of honey walnut cake with caramelized icing in between them just made Valentine's Day more special.

Chocolate heart shaped bread rolls ($5) seemed to be a perfect Valentine's Day breakfast!! And what about heating them up in the oven to have the chocolate melted? Hmmm, yummy..

Czech cookies 'pernicky' ($3) were a good and cute way how to show love to someone. Anything can be made on the top, so if you have a special event coming and looking for an idea for little treat, pernicky is the way to go. And it is so personal because anything can be written on the cookie!

Chocolate brownie cake ($30) was made with vanilla icing this year, but didn't last long enough to be taken a photo of. This one below is with strawberry icing.

This was a huge one, chocolate cake with caramel icing ($50). I started with baking chocolate cakes and at the end the whole cake got a bit overwhelmed by size. Oooops! But no worries, because more cake = more delicious icing = more delicious bites.

And last but not least was this special roulade - chocolate-biscuit-coconut roulade ($18) with hidden heart in the middle.

Hope you enjoyed this beautiful day and thanks again!
I am looking forward to your next dessert or bread orders ❤
